- 1 lb. chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 6-ounces cream cheese
- 6-ounces cream cheese
- salt
- 2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- In an iron Dutch oven heat oil over medium heat stir in taco seasoning and cook for 1-2 minutes
- Add broth, chicken and simmer for 20 minutes, remove chicken and shred
- Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream into the soup, once the cheese has melted, add the chicken back to the soup, season with salt and serve
