  • 2 red bell peppers
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet brown breakfast sausage and set aside
