Ingredients
3 cups cubed paneer
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
2 teaspoons Indian Garam Masala
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon ghee or Homemade Ghee
1 lemon, halved
Directions
IN A LARGE BOWL, gently combine the paneer, cilantro, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper. Be sure to not break the paneer.
Heat a large skillet over high heat; add the ghee. Once the ghee is melted, add the paneer cubes in a single layer. Sear for 3 to 4 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time. Once both sides are seared, remove from the heat.
Squeeze the lemon halves over the paneer.
