Ingredients
Cooking spray
2 tablespoons Harissa
4 medium turnips, trimmed, peeled, and cut into ½-inch dice (about 4 cups)
1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions
TURN the broiler on high. Spray a large rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of the harissa and the turnips. Mix well to coat.
Arrange the turnips on the prepared pan and broil for 10 minutes, stirring once.
Sprinkle with the lemon juice and parsley and serve
