Ingredients
Vegetable oil
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed
8 ounces cream cheese, diced
½ cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1½ teaspoons kosher salt
1½ teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
PREHEAT the oven to 375°F. Grease an 8 × 8-inch baking pan with vegetable oil; set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together the spinach, cream cheese, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake, stirring once, for 20 minutes.
Turn the broiler on high. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and broil until the cheese has melted and browned, about 5 minutes.
