Ingredients:
Cooking spray
3 cups diced cooked chicken
1½ cups diced ham
¾ cup half-and-half
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
8 slices Swiss cheese
Directions:
PREHEAT the oven to 400°F. Spray an 8 × 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, toss together the chicken, ham, half-and-half, pepper, and nutmeg.
Place half of the chicken mixture in the pan. Tear up 3 slices of the cheese and scatter over the top of the chicken mixture. Top with the remaining chicken mixture. Layer the remaining slices of Swiss cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbling; serve hot.
