Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon paprika
⅛ teaspoon lemon pepper
⅛ teaspoon Cajun Spice
½ pound smoked sausage, sliced
½ pound extra-large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails removed
3 to 5 shakes hot sauce
Juice of ½ lemon
Directions
HEAT A LARGE skillet over medium heat; add the butter. When the butter is melted, stir in the garlic, paprika, lemon pepper, and cajun spice.
Add the sausage; stir to coat. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring frequently, until shrimp are pink and no longer opaque, 3 to 5 minutes. Add the hot sauce and lemon juice. Toss to coat.
Serve hot.
