Ingredients
Cooking spray
4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
½ cup chopped onion
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup hot wing sauce
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
2 ounces cream cheese, diced
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup chopped green onions, white and green parts, for garnish
Directions
Celery sticks, for serving (optional)
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Spray an 8 × 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In the prepared dish, stir together the chicken, onion, cream, wing sauce, blue cheese, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 15 minutes or until heated through and bubbling. Remove from the oven and stir well to mix cheeses. Cover with foil and allow to rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
Garnish with the chopped green onions and serve with celery sticks, if desired.
